Nateby Club members gathered for their first luncheon of the year at the Royal Yacht Club of Tasmania, enjoying an opportunity to reconnect and share in the life of the School.
Principal Mrs Meg Lawson provided an update on Term 1, highlighting recent activities, sport and events across the community. This was followed by a presentation from Fahan Science and Maths teacher, Dr Mel Fitzpatrick. We extend our thanks to Mrs Wendy Lees, who kindly served as MC on behalf of the Nateby Club President.
As part of her presentation on mathematics, Dr Fitzpatrick invited guests to draw what they thought a mathematician looks like, resulting in a range of creative and entertaining interpretations.
